SOFTNEX INDIA provides digital and technology services including website design and development, ecommerce development, app development, software development, SEO, digital marketing, Google Ads, social media marketing, website maintenance, and other related services.

The exact scope of work, features, timelines, deliverables, and pricing will be communicated to the client before the project begins.

2. Project Requirements

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, information, images, credentials, business details, and other materials required to complete the project.

Any delay in providing required content, approvals, credentials, or feedback may affect the project timeline.

4. No Refund Policy

All payments made to SOFTNEX INDIA are non-refundable once project work, service setup, development, campaign management, consultation, or any other agreed service has commenced.

Due to the customized and service-based nature of our work, payments cannot be refunded after the service or project has started.

Advance payments, booking amounts, development charges, design charges, marketing fees, SEO fees, advertising management fees, maintenance charges, and other service-related payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing by SOFTNEX INDIA.

If a client decides to discontinue a project after work has started, the amount already paid will not be refunded. Outstanding payments for completed work or committed services will remain payable.

5. Website & Software Development

Website, ecommerce, application, and software projects are developed according to the approved requirements and scope of work.

Any additional functionality, redesign, modification, integration, or feature not included in the original scope may be charged separately.

After final approval and delivery, major changes or new requirements may be treated as additional work.

6. SEO & Digital Marketing Services

SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and other digital marketing services depend on various external factors, platforms, competition, market conditions, algorithms, and advertising policies.

SOFTNEX INDIA does not guarantee a specific ranking, traffic, lead volume, sales figure, revenue, or advertising result unless a specific written guarantee is included in the service agreement.

Advertising budgets paid directly to advertising platforms are separate from SOFTNEX INDIA service or management charges and are subject to the applicable platform terms.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate information and ensure that all content, images, logos, documents, products, and materials supplied to SOFTNEX INDIA are legally permitted for use.

The client is responsible for ensuring that their business, products, services, claims, and website content comply with applicable laws and regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership and usage rights for custom-developed project materials may be transferred or provided after completion of the project and receipt of all outstanding payments.

Third-party themes, plugins, libraries, APIs, stock images, fonts, software, and other licensed resources remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

9. Third-Party Services

Some projects may require third-party services such as hosting, domain registration, payment gateways, APIs, Google services, Meta services, plugins, themes, or other external platforms.

SOFTNEX INDIA is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, account suspension, technical failures, price changes, or other issues caused by third-party platforms.

10. Project Timeline & Delays

Estimated project timelines are based on the requirements, availability of content, approvals, feedback, technical dependencies, and other project conditions.

Delays caused by the client, third-party services, hosting providers, payment gateways, APIs, platform policies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may extend the delivery timeline.

11. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may request termination of an ongoing project subject to the agreed terms and payment obligations.

If the client cancels a project after work has started, payments already made will remain non-refundable. The client may also be required to clear payment for work already completed or services already committed.

12. Limitation of Liability

SOFTNEX INDIA will make reasonable efforts to provide reliable and professional services. However, we shall not be liable for losses resulting from third-party platform failures, hosting issues, cyber incidents, algorithm changes, business decisions, loss of revenue, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Website Usage

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website functionality, distribute malicious code, or use our website for any unlawful purpose.

14. Changes to Terms & Conditions

SOFTNEX INDIA may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, website functionality, or applicable laws.

Any updated version will be published on this page with the revised effective date.
